What is your shipping policy?

I offer preorders and on-hand items.All preorder items take 3-4 weeks to arrive FROM THE CLOSING DATE unless noted in the preorder post. FedEx and UPS do have delays at times, which is out of my control, but I do my best to keep everyone updated. I offer refunds or credits if the item goes past the stated arrival time frame.Every item in this group is inspired unless stated otherwise. I aim to provide high-quality products for my customers.I provide options for local pickup and shipping. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?

Sizing charts will be provided with every clothing/shoe order posted. Please take time to measure and go by the charts. I am not responsible for refunds if you do not go by the charts. However, if it is a sizing error on my vendor’s part, I will refund you.Refunds or exchanges are unavailable unless the item is damaged and I have overlooked it. For items picked up from the porch, please inspect them before leaving; once they are out of my possession, I take no responsibility. No warranty is implied or offered.
